you can't go by weight alone, its your lean body mass that counts

 

you can be 200lbs and say have 50% BF (youd be dead heh)

or you could be 150lbs and have 3% BF

 

 

200lb bloke has 100lbs of muscle 150lb bloke has 145lbs of muslce

BUT..........I was thinking more of Body builders 10 or 20 years ago.....Serge Nubret and Frank Zane types....I didn't say there weren't massive ones over 17,18 etc. stone.

 

ALSO....I've never used steroids (which do make a difference as Roy seems to think they don't - check out a "Natural" B contest to see the difference !!)

 

ALSO....weight and size are a crude measure of strength. In some lifts I can best ppl who weigh a lot more than me.
