Found myself on the M26 last night, having had a call for help from my little brother who had broken down.

 

Got down there and from his description, I thought he had possibly spat his cambelt, but further investigation showed no water or oil in the motor.

 

One seized engine sir? certainly!

 

I looked under the car and there was a suspect trail of oil leading from the sump plug (he recently had it serviced...visits will be made).

 

Was in the middle of explaining what was going on to him and his "intellectually challenged" young lady. When talking about where the water had gone, before I could explain she jumps in with "Well, you have been using the window washer a lot!"

 

Like I say, I had to walk away

Can that really do that? I should not wash my window so much. :(

I posted a while ago about a girl thinking I had a crisp packet stuck behind my wheel..........it was my red calipers. Only a few days later a different female said it that where that funny noise comes from? (ie dump valves) pointing again, at my red calipers!

 

 

 

But hey, I wouldn't know what the latest or best eyelash curler-upper thing is!

 

....the best one though, and I've posted this before, is my ex when she was having driving lessons. It was during the winter and the instructor had the heat pointed down towards your feet.

She became increasingly worried as she drove about, to the point of having to stop and say..........."I think there is something wrong with the engine, its overheating, cos its getting really hot down by my feet" ha ha ha ha......she should never have told me as I still take the piss out of her about it now.
