Lets look at the other advantages of not smoking.

 

 

Save money,

Your breath wont stink,

Your clothes wont stink,

Your car wont stink,

Your lungs wont be covered in crap,

 

to name just a very very small list of advantages.

Smoked 20 a day since I was 19, gave up a year and a half ago.

Not had a single puff since.

 

Hard work and I still fancy one one and again, but it's so much easier to resist now.

 

I tried Patches, Gum & inhaler but they all worked until you stop using them becuas eyou feel "fine" then before you know it you're smoking again.

 

cold Turkey is the best way, put your body through some serious withdrawal. For the first two weeks I lay away at night feeling really fustrated and was breaking out in cold sweats.

 

Feel great now, starting to shift the 2 stone I put on after quitting as well.
