Valve replacement

Can anyone recommend a person/garage that they would trust to replace the inlet valves? I got one burnt out valve dropping the no.1 cylinder pressure to around 50psi. I want to get all the inlet valves/seals etc changed and possibly the piston rings too as the other cylinders are only around 120psi. I'm in Bristol so anywhere South West would be good but don't mind travelling a bit for someone who is good (and cheap!!).
