How childish of me. :p

Have you looked at the ECU? Spoken to the previous owner?

Obviously chipping an N/A is not nearly as beneficial as the same to a TT.

You got a straight cut box?

Where you get that from?

Also you sure it was a TT GTO? Cos they do them in NA too.

Ive only had the car 5 weeks, its a jap import but some guy in birmingham had it before me and sold it to the garage i got it from. When i got it, the geezer said " its got lightened flywheel" i have reciepts for that " and a cut box - which reduces weight" - i have no reciepts for that and personally i dont really know what it means. I presume it means its had all the extra bits that arent needed - cut off?!?

Quite sure it was a TT that i pumped because on the rear quater panel it said Twin Turbo ! He was ahead of me until we hit 120mph then i caught him up and " blew him off"ooh eerr

I havent had a look at the ECU, and i wouldnt really know th difference with what the stock ecu looked like or an uprated one!

Chopp, the GT must have been NA with a TT badge someone had stuck on !

Unless your Z can do 60 in 5 secs ?

Does your gearbox make a whinning noise when you drive? Like a Touring Car?

Stuart

I doubt it Stu - his box has had all the bits removed that aren't necessary and when Nissan fitted the whining part, it definitely wasn't necessary.

DAMN,DAMN,DAMN,DAMN

I know that my car can't do 0-60 in 5 secs so it must hae been N/A. Next time i see the bloke i will ask him. He lives aout 5 mins from my house so isee him often . My gearbox doesnt make any whinning noises really, but compared to a norm zx box its very small (short). So maybe its a short throw or someting?! Thanks for your help, even if it has broken my heart!

Its not all about speed - the ZX looks a million times better than the 300GT anyway!
