NZR Dell Putas impossible to upgrade motherboards?

Hi,

 

Trying to do a bit of research on upgrading my motherboard!

 

Had look on a couple of forums and a couple of posts reckon that Dell putas have a unique power supply rendering using other motherboards impossible?

 

Is this correct?

    Dunno about that, never taken one apart, but if that is the case then why not just change the powersupply as well, they're only £20 or so for a basic one.

    I've got a Dell at work recently and the fans are very quite where as my home pc, which I built, is bloody noisy. I was really shocked how quite the Dell was at first and now everytime I come back home keep hearing my pc fans. Can anyone suggest a decent noiseless or quiet power supply model????
