TPS wire

Everyone at some point seems to have trouble with their TPS but mine seems to be the wires as they must be broken where it bend back on itself. Can you buy this part, as my local Nissan dealer seem to think they cant get it and it's part of the loom. I thought it was a wire about 6" long but not to sure now.

    If the TPS itself isn't Donald Ducked then why not just solder new wires on it ?

    IIRC TPS's are very reasonably priced (for a Nissan part), something like under £30.
