I just this weekend bought a ZX twin T, I love it but it is havin problems already, I start it, fine, it runs, fine, when I drop it in drive it stalls!!!!

 

Has anyone got any ideas or know of any reputable mechanics in the home counties??

Sounds like a tickover problem to me. Take a look at the tech pages on http://www.z-car.net , specifically the ones about idle and hesitation. And for a very quick test, see if it also does it when the a/c is on.

Yeah, TPS or temp sensor?

 

It seems my answer is always the temp sensor!! LOL.

But that little bugger is responsible for alot!

Thanks for ytour help so far peeps, I'll go investigate, I'm in Bucks do you know of any trusted Z mechanics for troubleshooting and service in this area!! Rather have someone who knows the cars taking car of it for me!!
