breather kit/ mods etc help

To fetch the old chestnut subject of breather kit up.

Seen as I have the turbo techniks breather kit and has been on for a year. I noticed that when i remove the oil filler cap off on idle there is a vacuum quite a lot actually. So is this normal with this mod as most cars I know give some back pressure not sucked out by the vacuun lines to the breather kit, which i would thought could lean the mixture too much.

Anybody make any sense of it.

ps pcv valves were ok as well last time i checked.
