Anyone who fitted this - did you see any improvement in handling?

I wonder if its worth its extra weight but the fact the new 350 has em front and back either suggests it is or that is a must have fashion accessory!

From what I've read the front will more or less end up being a cosmetic item but the rear brace really helps things out. Don't take this as gospel-just sure that is what I found out a while ago.

When my car is on jacks it flexes quite a bit - the bonnet and boot really go out of line so I've been thinking strut braces must help in some way.

Chris, yeah I know what you mean, when its jacked up the bonnet really does shift a bit. But not sure if those conditions are recreated through hard driving? To a degree I suppose.......they're pretty cheap too.......I'm gonna get front and rear! :D

The only problem with the rear one is it makes the folding rear seat a waste of time.

It's not very often I need to use it at the moment as I have 2 cars but things might change :(

Well I got one for about 50 quid all the way from California through risv on ebay. I'll fit it at the weekend and see what it does.

hi guy's

i'm interested in getting front strut brace to see if it improves handling, and they look good!

where am i best going to get one and what makes do i look out for?

would like rear brace but my ICE boot build is too big!!!

anyone purchased polished strut brace from courtesy?

looks nice and only $69!

shipping probally stupid money though!

I looked into this alot and i think it wont help as much as people think, plus if you have a small accident on the left hand sfront side for arguments sake it will transfer the energy over to the other side (could bend things that otherwise wouldent be damaged)

SWAY BARS are the single biggest handleing difference you will find on your zed.

well worth getting.

Still cheaper than buying from the UK and shipping usualy takes a couple of weeks at max. The only downside is you can get clobard for VAT when it arrives here. The best way is to get someone to buy items for you and send them as gifts (no VAT). I've bought goodies from the States for Miatas' and been hit with Vat bills some 3 weeks later (Dont we just love the customes and excise when just trying to have fun)
