Thats a real PIA....what are you doing while the plenum is off apart from obviously replacing all water hoses?

 

I haven't been paying attention recently to what you've done to the beast but here's a few for you.....

 

Remove the EGR

Clean out and polish plenum & throttle bodies

Fit Bigger inejectors

Replace PCV's

Remove lower intake, port & polish

Clean out AAC

Clean all electrical connections, injectors etc etc

 

Shooting from the hip here so if you've already done the above then just ignore this.
