I maybe taking a Nissan 300ZX TT, manual in px.

The car is a JAP IMPORT, has leather seats, and completely standard, except for a set of EBC green pads.

Would anybody interested in a cheap car, at what ever I give PX for??

Leigh.

It all depends on how good condition it is in, how many mile, any rust, wear and tear.

A good one about £5,500 - £6,000 i reckon, but its near impossible to tell from what you said.

Also the Green Stuff pads are not good enough for a 300ZX. They are made for little nippy cars not large heavy ones.

Colour RED

EBC REDS (my mistake)

Completely standard

Good condition

Low mileage.

Manual gearbox

Looking on the Autotrader they are around £7000, for a manual, with leather.

I am looking to just shift it on, as I have another car already coming in from Japan.

Anybody who wants to take a bargain, by getting for the PX money speak soon.

£7,000 for a jap import?? Okay it's a manual but it's still an import and stock, highly modded SWB manuals with body kits on go for £7,000 or even less!

I managed to pick a UK TT Auto that has just been given a clean bill of health (Full check) which came with 18's (Khan's) scorpion SS zorst with 76k on the clock in very good condition for £3,000!!

Okay I got a bargain, but it shows there are some out there if you know what your looking for but I do think £7,000 is too much (I refer to the autotrader ads...!!)

:D

Matty.

7grand for an import. umm yeah right my bro paid a less than half of that for a mint uk with 60k dont be greedy man :D

However if you buy one with modifications you are gambling on that the work is good in the first place, that the owner didnt just want maximum power for the least amount of money and that the services where kept uptodate.

I didnt say I wanted £7K for it!!!

I did say I wanted to move it on!!

Its is a 1992 not a 1990, because those prices can only be for 1990.

Leigh.

Leigh,

I think anywhere between 6-7 K, obviously depending on the general condition of the car etc., would be a good guide to start with.

As you say if they are being sold for 7K in the Auto Trader then why not?

After all it is a manual!!

Cheers,

F.T.

When I was looking I was seeing prices from £5500 to £7000, depending on the condition of the car. Garage sales were the ones usually between £6 and £7K, whereas the private ones were on the lower end of the scale.

I took the 300ZX in px for a RX7, and some guy has been in to the unit today and bought the Nissan 300ZX.

Not bad.

LOL wierd how the imports are always in better nick than the UK cars lol, no wonder the UK spec are going so cheap at the mo :D:D

Well I've just bought a black '92 jap TT manual, SWB T-top with 48K (miles) - all reports say she's a minter. Cost me a shade under £4K - I'd love to think it was worth £7K mind you!

Only a month until it lands! :D

Hi Guys,

I sold it for the px price which is why I offered it on here first, and not £7k which is the going rate for a low mileage, manual, leather 1992 import. I sold it for £5500, which is why you peeps had first refusal.

SWB are peanuts in Japan, we have just brought a 1992 TT, manual with 38,000miles on it. It has recaro seats, two large single exhaust pipes, 17inch wheels and is in Wine colour. Back here it will owe £3800.
