always heard about them but never seen them - can we get this over here - seems a dead simple design....

I know.............SE............do these...............(trying hard not to say it)

 

Couple of years ago they were £69.95.

Had one fitted for 3 years now £70 from SE,and for anyone that has not got one,they are awesome;)

How does it help, ie what symptoms do you get otherwise ?

 

I've never actually noticed a problem the way it is.

I will type out the blurb from the SE booklet....

 

"One of the simplest and most effecient ways to improve your braking is the addition of a master cylinder brace. This aluminium casting stops the bulkhead flexing against your foot pressure, resulting in a much firmer pedal with less travel. It does not provide more stopping power but it will give you great confidence"

 

There's not a problem the way it is......this is just an improvement!

Ok here goes..............................................

 

 

 

 

Lift your bonnet and get someone to stamp on your brake very hard,then look how much slop you have in your master cylinder:rolleyes: reduces the travel in the foot pedal when fitted;)

Guess that's gotta be a good idea - ta !

 

Would the US supplied one fit our Zs or are the cylinders handed, being left hookers and all that ?

 

I certainly prefer their price to the SE one !
