Possibly a stupid question

Now, I haven't read all the instructions about this list but, what constitutes a 'junior member' as opposed to a, excuse the phrase, a full blown 'member' of this discussion group?

    Its easy to become a full member you just have to turn up at our big meet at trax 2001 and buy a tank of fuel for all 'senior members'..but not administrators, they will probably want sexual favours hence the 'Full blown member'
