The valet key doesn't open the boot or the glovebox. Which is daft, really.... but hey. :D

BUGGER! Didn't know they were titanium! I had one for my last Z, which went to the insurance company after I wrote the car off. I got another one with the Z I currently own, but it was a bit worn and I though it felt a bit light and plasticy.......so I got a Micra replacement cut and BINNED THE OLD ONE.....DOH!!!!:(

Well to be fair, I did not believe that a key would be made out of Titanium too.... So I had the material analysed (on the pedestal grinder at work LOL :D) and guess what?? It WAS Titanium (nice bright PURE WHITE sparks :D :D

So it's official! I have a Titanium key LOL

Mine is the original funny shaped key.

But it's not Titanium.

From series IV onwards, they weren't titanium.

I lost it down a drain once but a helpful geezer with a shovel got it back for me.

That's what I was hinting at. It's part one of my little scheme to 'boss' this place.

I'm also muscling in on the snout racket.

My local key cutting booth tried three times to duplicate my key and never managed it. Dunno if he was hopless or it's a sod to replicate.

nissan/datsun keys are shite and after a few years the shoulders wear out,the most ironic thing is subaru blanks are the same blank as the 300/skyline/pulsar they were obviously trying to keep up with the market.lol

top tip craig..drive your car as close to a locksmith and get them to cut it 80% of the time places like sainsburys/timpsons/mrminit havent a ****ing clue ;)

I thought the titanium Keys were standard with the UK cars. BECAUSE

VERY SMUGLY I'VE GOT THREE!!
