Turbos

My z32 has done 104'000 trouble free miles and realise that the turbo's may only have a few miles left in them.

I was thinking of upgrading and see various options are available with either Garrett T25 or T28.

Firstly can anyone explain the difference between the two types and secondly which would you recommend for a standard road car with very little mods apart from Air filter and Titanium Sparks.

I have been offered a trade in off my old turbos for a pair of reconditioned Garrett T28/28. How will this effect the power at various revs.

I also believe that the T28 was fitted to the 200sx, I had one of these and used to go through a turbo once a year will this be a similar problem on the 300zx.

Thanks in advance.
