Afternoon all.

 

Hopefully someone can provide me with a quick and cheap solution to my Zed's new problem... the glove-box is knackered.

 

A fat fingered friend of mine has somehow managed to destroy the mechanism that locks the glovebox in place - so it's always open. I took the glovebox off on the weekend and pulled it apart to look at the catch, but it seems properly broken and would need a new part.

 

I reckon it's probably easier to just get a new glovebox from somewhere isn't it..?

 

So, a) does anyone have a glovebox (preferably in that nasty grey tweed to match the rest of the nasty grey tweed)

or b) know where I can get a new one reasonably cheaply

or c) think of something much more exciting to put in its place...

 

My glove box is currently on my passenger seat - which actuallly makes it a lot easier to access whilst driving...
