Just a quick pic for anyone wondering about the contrast effect on silver/ grey zeds after fitting the silver film inside the headlights, must admit I was more than impressed , I think it looks BETTER than on the darker colours like mine....doh!

It looks

Hiya Jeff........blurring out the plate on the 2nd attachment was a little too late!

Are you doing this as an upgrade now? It looks really nice, as does that 99 front with the mesh! :D

Thank you for noticing that James, have deleted it now and replaced with a new one.

............and do you do this upgrade? or is it too time consuming? I should get off my lazy arse and do it myself I suppose cos it does look good.

You can't beat the headlight upgrade for bringing the front of the Z in to the millenium. Topped off with a 99 spec bumper and it's all gravy.

Only thing left now is for something to be done with the rear lights in a lexus stylie'.

Oh god no. Its so common now. Land Rover, BMW, Lexus all make lights like that, and now Corsa, Saxo Punto boys have them on their cars.

The Z rear lights may look dated but they are distunguishable, unique.

Stuart

It's nice to be different though, provided it don't look shite.

Nice to be different in which field? Different for a Z or different for other cars? Cos it will be different for a Z but its now the norm for newer cars.

Now someone mentioned Strosek lights for the back of a zed, does anyone know where I can see a picture of those?

So that's you ehh Corsa boy:p

Now them lights look good! they are obviously lexus lights, but no them clear crocs of sheeite we see on everything nowadays.

Just to add...id think thats what the zx lights would have looked like had the restyled them...an almost OE look, aside from the worng letters and stuff ;)

Best way to make our tail lights better would be an option without the reflectors, which look like they were stuck on as an afterthought !

99 spec tail lights (with the clear indicators) look a bit more modern without looking like a ricer ! ;)
