New SPECCS(Speccy Twat!) on M6 at Brum!

Just travelled back from de Wales(aaaaiiiii...check it!) and as you come out of the roadworks where they are replacing the ARMCO(stuff you bounce off when you fall asleep to stop you crossing the carriageway and killing innocent people on the other side of the motorway! LOL!) there is an overhead sign. Nice little SPECCY twat has appeared since Friday! Bastards! BE CAREFUL ALL!
