Being unfortunately a smoker I have just come across the latest warnings on the packs "smoking can cause a painful death", "smoking can kill you", "smoking can cause impotence", all big black letters on a white background and unmissable. Now I don't really have a problem with the truth so I'm not complaining, however I have a child of reading age and don't want her reading this stuff therfore I am very careful about where my fags are.

This is the second part of the post, to the peeps on this forum who make shiny metal bits for Z's I confidently predict an upsurge in demand for that long gone accessory the 'cigarette case', remember them?, I see an opportunity for nice chrome, stainless cigarette holders (see your suppliers). Bit of a drunk post.

How 'bout give up and buy more shiny bits for the car? :)

I cant help thinking that's the reason they put the warnings there so young people may be put of starting. I suppose that peer preasure (if a children can exert it) may also have been in their minds too.

 

I know what you mean though, perhaps a business opportunity. Could even make different slip on covers so people can personalise them like they do phones.. Hmmmm..

I bought a pack the other day and the warning was thus:

'Tobacco pays for the National Health Service, Thank you concientious Smoker'

 

What a farking coincidence !

Reply2. Yeah don't disagree, hopefully sharing a fag with your new girlfriend won't seem so cool when it's got death, pain and misery all over the packet,but guaranteed someone will make a buck out of new era cigarette cases.
