Hi,

On the back of my uk 90tt Ive got a dealers name painted on the left of the hatch lip where the nissan emblem would normally be.

It looks like it is painted on with thick white paint, feels a little prowd. Any advice on how to remove this, Warm water won't touch it, but a bit reluctant to try thiners or something similar.

Anyone have any bright ideas or is it time to get the thiners and a clean cloth out ?

Regards

Jon.

Normally a hair dryer to warm it up - but it may also bring off the main part of the sticker - you may have to try chipping it off carefully and touching up the paint - or buy the whole new sticker from Nissan to replace it.....

Well after an hour of piddling with my finger nails it is gone. A quick once over with the Mer polish and you would never know that the Ancaster logo was there.

Contemplating removing the TwinTurbo from the other side now, looks reasonable smart with just a black panel. What do you guys think ??

I saw something on Twinturbo.net where some one revmoved a Twin Turbo sticker from the back only to find it etched on the perspects where the sun had faided the while area but not where the sticker was. It looked really good. Fluke though.
