What a wierd day i've had!

Firstly it's my Birthday, so I guess I should be happy, but my dog and faithful companion for 12 yrs had to go to the vets. It transpired that he had to have an emergency op, and at 17 yrs and with a list of ailments there was a chance he wouldn't wake up from the anesthetic. So, 3pm was a long time in coming but....

He's now home, grumpy and tired and I've got a can of beer, so I guess I can start smiling now, at least the day will end on a high! :D

Just had to share.
