importing (nzr)

I am about to embark on bringing a car accross from a breakers yard in japan, can anyone tell me any thing about what i should expect to pay to ship it back, what duty i would expect to pay and what does registering it entail, it all seems as though i could easily be ripped off as im quite green at the mo, any advice would be greatly recieved

    If its rolling then expect to pay about 400 quid for shipping. Duty and VAT will be around 30%.
