Has anyone put the heated seats from a series 2 car into a series 1?

How are they wired up to the buttons on the centre console?

Is it part of the main harness or just direct to the seats?

How easy a job would it be?

naaaa electric:D

Hiya i have done it. I have wired up the electric seats on both sides but have not as yet tried to wire up the heated bit.

Three wires connect on the drivers side and only two on the passengers side(live and earth). My car is an import, but the seats that i bought were from a 1994 uk car.

Hope that helps.
