i have a noise coming from my front driver side wheels

not been there long, sounds like metal scraping metal

my 2 mates think its a warped disk. the noise is not too bad

what should i do?

Featured Replies

Is it happening all the time or just under braking?

I've got this too, will be interested to know

Bloody annoying - it happens when turning right at slow speeds. Discs seem fine when I had a look.

ita louder when braking and is most the time and turning

my mate has it aswell!

Worth checking your pads to see whether they are down to the spring steel wear indicators, as fitted to some types of pad.

the pads are one month old!

Can you spin the wheel with it jacked up?

Did you bleed the brakes?

Did you add any fluid before you changed your pads?

NOt jacked up yet and erm no added brake fluided!

i had this, it was the anti squeel shims broken up & rubbing on the disc

oh thats sounds a good thing to check

Oh and i just got a puncher on the way home (valve gone) cry cry
