Im talking top speed here, done a search but not much info on it, so was wondering if de- limited what can they do? i just had mine reading over 165 and it was still pulling, im not standard, but not got as much done as some on here, but the fact that i had to slow as end of road was approaching (private road;) ) made me wonder what it could do flat out, eg real speed not micky mouse speedo etc

Well 176 and still pulling on mine but had to back off as I almost ran into the arse of a F16 LOL.

Getting a new set of tyres fitted next week and I will break my record;)

When this has been discussed before, I think the concensus was that a standard car could do 160mph or so (derestricted) and a stage 3 car around 175mph.

There really isnt alot to touch that sort of speed is there, how do we compare against mitsu 3000gto's are they a tt?, but really unless you buy exotica, alot of cars are restricted to 155, i think a car that can do 170 plus is really quite astounding

Standard MK4 Supra TT's apparently have a top end of 186 MPH (de-restricted, otherwsie it's 155MPH for a UK car and 112MPH for a Jap car). I got 160+ out of mine and I wasn't even trying!!! I'm not one for top ends, so never experimented enough.

I might give it a shot in the Z though :)

Regards,

Peter
