Here's where I risk imbecile status, but I'm new to the Z & don't know where everything is or isn't for the purpose of checking everything's topped up etc... does the cooling system not have an expansion chamber like the 200 where you check the water level?

Ive sussed the air con out I think but this Clifford alarm is a bit of a pain.

Where's the washer bottle?

Before you rip into me, in my defence I only got the car Monday & I work 6 till 6 so I've not had much chance to get aquainted yet.

Cheers lads.

Oh by the way, that new Williams F1 leather cleaner & conditioner seems to have done a nice job.

Washer water is located at the front of the car behind the head light. You can see the lid. I think its on the right.

Coolent is located in the same place but on the left. It has a yellow cap.

Welcome to the Z forum.

What he said, the washer bottle is on the drivers side, the expansion tank on the passengers side.

Check the coolant level in the radiator, the level should be right up to the top.

Williams F1 leather cleaner and conditioner, how much is it then.

I cleaned up our leather yesterday, went over it with boot polish so all the nasty cracks look nice again, and used some spray polish stuff which surprisingly was quite good, has a nice chine now. So they look good now but the leather is still like a brick, reckon this stuff would soften is up a bit?

It's meant to soften it more every time you use it. Made mine alot better after first do, have to see how it goes after a few goes. I think it was a fiver or four quid odd. Defo given it a bit of life now. Will boot polish not come off on you? I'll try it myself if not.

Someone is ment to be getting back to me about some stuff to make the cracks black, meant to be s@it hot stuff. I'll let you know.

Williams F1 leather cleaner & conditioner

I bought some of this stuff last week, £5.99 from Halfrauds. The leather doesn't look/feel *that* much different after using it but maybe it will after a few applications.

I suppose it might depend on the condition it's in. My mate said it will improve the more you do it. I hope so 'cause it is a bit rock hardish.

no m8, the polish doesnt come off on you, you have to rub it in really well, leave it a while then polish it up well and it doesnt come off.
