Idle ramps up.

My car has just started to rev when ever i drop the clutch. Also if i lift off when driving i start to accelerate!!! A bit scary when i'm aproaching a junction. If i rev it manually it drops back down to normal. I'm going to have a look at it tomorrow in the light but any ideas??

    Clean the throttle bodies and disconnect the ECU for an hour or so. This will reset it incase its got confused along the way.
