My air conditioning compressor is 'ucked. Anyone changed it, that can advise me on the procedure. I know I won't be able to 'charge' it myself but if I can change it myself I'll only need to pay for the 'charging'. It's not really bothered me up till now but it's March and no doubt we'll be in for another of those sweltering hot summers in scotland.

One other thing, the online manual, great, except the I have to go through an almighty rigmorole to get it to print out on an A4 format. I'm old, I can only read paper instructions, anyone know an easy way to print it out.

I believe that Nissan UK charge approx £100 for a copy of this!

 

I have a copy and find it much easier than scanning trough pages and pages of PDFs on screen.

You will need to have your gas sucked out then you can change your compressor if that is what is wrong with it. It my just need re-gassing .the system has a pressure shut off valve so if the gas pressure get low it stops it working. could also be an electrical problem dose the clutch engage on the pulley.
