July 4, 200124 yr Hope this is of some use to you guyZ, this is one of the better sites that I've found... http://www.abd.org.uk/cameras/map.htm Also check this site out, coppers reckon that radar and laser detectors are near useless, and that by the time they go off you've more than likely been clocked anyway! http://www.ukspeedtraps.co.uk Enjoy! July 4, 200124 yr You guyZ wanna check out the section on the ukspeedtraps site that explains how all the various methods of speed detection work. VASCAR is the best, basically they measure the distance you travel between two points! But do you realise how they do this? F**king hell!!! The copper pushes a button when you pass each point, but what is more disturbing is the margin for error and how much of a difference it can make in the final speed reading. They've got some right sneakey toys for catching you speeding, never mind prevention of accidents! Some of the methods that they employ are not using Oxford Rules...apples and pips and all that! Bastards! You gotta read it! Although, the note is from the US law but principles apply to us here in Blightey also...check it! July 4, 200124 yr This site has really grown since I last visited it. It is distrubing that one single Gatso has a dedicated high speed ISDN link. What a bitch! I wish there was one outside my house, I'd run a RJ45 cable to it late one night and ponce its bandwidth. Then I could download porn at 20k/sec and the police could foot the bill. Glen
