Well i have always wanted a uk man zed yello perfered, i ended up looking for 15 months! with no luck so bought a red uk auto!!

i have had the car for a year with no probs [put her away end oct for the winter] A few weeks back i purchased a uk man [black] and iam in a bit of a dilemma. You see my auto is a lovely drive and i am quite hooked on this auto!!!! the man is quite tatty and i have had a very good price to get her painted yello.

Advertised the auto and all i have had are young wannabes f1 drivers to see it so i put this thread to the vote should i keep my auto which is very tidy and needs no further work or sell her and get the man sorted!!!!!!!!

help need a push in the right direction

how can we advise you really?

If the manual is tatty - is the engine in good nick etc.

Is the auto also a turbo?

I drive an auto TT - and my preference is for the comfort of the auto box especially in town etc.

Personally I wouldn't touch a tatty car - if it's not been looked after who knows what trouble it will give.

Go on just keep the auto and spend the money from the manual in upgrading and modifying it!!!

Sounds like a good plan. Mod the manual and cruise in the auto.

 

66K should be OK for turbos . Mines turned 103K on original turbos and no problems yet (Turbos that is,lots of other problems though)

Sounds like the basis of a plan to stop the price decline for 300z's. If only more of us were able to go and buy another one to cause a shortage in the market. :)

 

Seriously though, would love to be in the position to own two.... Even if it was only for a short time. Of course, sods law says that something will go wrong on whichever you choose to keep.

engine seems fine on the man but taps quite badly!!
