Good luck with the PC type thing....

This happened at Argos years ago whith £700 Wide screen TV being ssold for £3.

 

I dont remember if they sent them out though.

It also happened with Kodak Digi cameras I think - there was a big fuss about that sometime last year. Can't remember the exact outcome though.

in all cases they were not honoured, and amazon have it in their TOS not to honour it. they may give you some vouchers though

For those that don't know it means Errors and Omissions Excepted, a bit of a blanket sentence covering most cock-ups on invoicing and pricing!

It can also depend on whether they are deemed to have 'accepted' the order, ie. sent email confirmation, charged credit cards etc. I remember the Kodak thing went to court - but it was in the US .... (nuff said)

Yes it said on the news that none of them will be send the computer at that price.
