Wheres the best place to cut into the vacume hoses?

Inline with the stock- or @ the big nut feed on the right side of the plenum?

Most people do inline with the stock gauge. It's dead easy and you usually get a 'T' piece with the new gauge.

dont laugh,but i know u dont need 2 gauges but i want that,for them to work independantly is there vacum hosees which will show true boost for each of the turbos,has n e one else done this ......

that would be compltetely pointless, the manifold pressure is balanced via the balance bar so the 2 readins would ALWAYS be exactly the same, you could always block the balance bar but i would deffinatly not recommend it.

how about taking a reading off of each actuator line, can this be done? or would this just tell you the opening point of the wastegates..........

That would show true turbo boost pressures. It DOES make a difference if you read the vac before or after the throttle bodies. True vac should be read AFTER the TBs though. So erm, don't do it Tony cos it's pointless ;)
