Picked my car up from Duff's on Sat, battery was flat so we charged it & started 1st time. Noticed that the brake fluid resevoir was empty so was bit pissed off that we'd have to bleed brakes but no major issue.

Started bleeding brakes this morning but couldn't get any decent pedal feel so it looks like the master cylinder is fooked.

Had to wait 3hrs for a AA van because after specifically telling the it needed a flatbed, they first sent a tow truck.

Left Duff's at 17:30 - got home at 21:00

The thing that is most annoying though - I paid £250 for 3months insurance just so I could drive the Z back & ended up getting towed anyway :( FFS

Had a similar problem and it wasn't down to a faulty m/c. Air gets trapped in the m/c and bleeding is tricky, but it can be done.

Get it pressure bled mate.

Cheers, I'll see if I can find someone a bit more local to me
