I always flash at other 300ZXs when I see them when I am in mine, but there are so few around here, I only every see them when they are on the other side of a motorway, or in a car park on at a junction on the other side of a dual carrage way.

 

So I was thinking, should we extend our light flashing greeting to SXs too? After all they are a Nissan performance car and are quite simalar to the ZX. Besides I usually get a look from most SX drivers and I always notice an SX.

i will experement on my 400 mile drive today, I'll let you know the results!!

I saw a nice black Z in Reading last week , flashed at him , git didn't respond.....then I remembered I was driving the wife's Mini copper...D'oh:D

I dont think we will get a responce as it takes time for the lights to come up. :D

If anyone wants to, please feel free to flash at Micras, Almeras and Primeras too :D

Sorry but personaly i think flahing and waving at people you dont know because they have the same car is a bit sad let alone the same manufacturer, just my opinion

My experiment, well in all the exitement I forgot!!! But, a 200 new shape no pop up lights jobby flashed us when we were in convoy and i flashed back.

 

And gavoits nice when other zed owners flash eachother (unless its macca getting his ass out the window!!!) Youll have to let us know your reg plate so we can all not flash or wave if we see you!!! Is going to meets sad then, just cos weve all got the same car!!!:p :p

I remember years ago I worked for a company where the MD had a 200SX and his PA had a 100NX when they had just been released.

I loved his 200SX but could never have afforded one.

Now I've got the daddy of them all 10 years later LOL!

When I first started biking it was tradition to give a nod/wave to other bikers, but that was back in the '80's when bikes were not all that popular. I gave up in the end as none of the new 'born again' bikers knew what it was about, and you ended up looking like a nodding dog!

 

Same round this way with 200sx's. There's LOADS of the bloody things everywhere, and I'm sure most of them don't even recognise a 300ZX (well the 200sx owners I know didn't have a clue anyway)

LMAO I know what you mean;) I was doing that in the 80s on my bike:D,In the end I got that pissed off with nodding I just tied one of these on my fairing:D
