Thanks for the tip with getting the rad out all i did in the end is block the pipes up with a small rag, it worked a treat for as long as it took to get the rad out. When i filled it up it did not leak but has soon as i put it back in the Z and filled the rad it started to drip, any chance you can test it for me next week? you could also have a good look at my oil prob and see if you want to do it and when. Can you get one of these rads? How much ? can they be repared ?.
