The only 300s or z logo's I've found have looked naff and the photos of my own that I've scanned and put on don't show up too well, what with the car being grey ! :(

The 300zx.co.uk colour logo appears on my T68i when forum mates call (Sad!) LOL

You can download the software off the Sony Ericsson site to upload it to your phone.

I'd picture message it to you but I haven't got that service :(
