Please help. I have no stop lights in both light clusters but I do have a light on the tail gate. Anyone know if they are on seperate feeds from the switch or if it splits some were down the car. I only have Sat. afternoon to fix it so please point me in the right direction. Thanks!!!

I believe the feed from the tailgate lamp would be from your light cluster. Get a tester to see if you have voltage up to your light cluster.

If you need a hand, I'm just down the road near Brent X.

Had a similar problem. Had the car a Zedworld over the weekend so Jeff could look at it and rewire if necessary (mines a Jap import and the wiring had been reworked) and he changed something called a "light module". No, its not a bulb for the quick whitted who might reply. I can only describe it as a little black box of sorts. You would need to get in touch with Jeff at Zedworld as to where its located and what it does, it had burnt out seemingly. Not very expensive.

Thanks guy's. I had a quick look in the dark, I have got no live getting to the boot so I think the tailgate may get it's power seperatley

Any one know were I find the light module?

Is it in the big fuse box under the hood?

If so Witch One?? are they marked..

Just been out to look to see if I can find the new one Jeff put in. Found it behind the cluster imediatley behind the driver. It has wires going into it at one end only. There apears to only be one for all the lights at the back. There's a lot of space back there and the wire is quite long so it could have dropped down out of sight. It's about two inches long, an inch wide and 3/4 inch deep.

Hope this is a little more help.

Regards

Brent

Thanks Brent you may just have saved me a couple of hours.

All I have to do now is find out where to get one...

I think that's the thing that is supposed to detect blown bulbs and show a warning light on the instrument cluster.

Nice one Brent you hit it in one.

Only thing was I had no module at all!! It appears that a rear fog light had been wired to one of the brake lights, so the module had been bypassed. I found a loose wire there, easy fix.. job done!!! I could have been looking all day

Nice one. All ready for tomorrow.........And the sun's comming out!! Cool..
