My ZX has a perished/loose coolant hose going from the back of the engine into the left turbo bank, the garage just rang me to say that they don't want to take the job on (!) coz it's difficult to get to and they wouldn't be guaranteed to find a similar hose to fit.

Anybody know anywhere in the South West that would be able to do this job?

HELP!!:(

What a load of crap!

You can get 99% of spares from Nissan UK so that's no excuse.

If it's the pipe I'm thinking of then it can be bypassed. Check with Az - I'm pretty certain he's done this.

Not a difficult job as far as most on 300s go. Just damn fiddly - do you know which hose it is?

CheerZ,

Be happy. A garage that knows it's limitations is a damn site bettter than one that doesn't!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not sure exactly, but it's definately running into the left turbo from the engine and it's only about 3 and a half inches long (..err.. the hose that is..).

It's got to be a cheapish part I would have thought (hope), if it's really fiddly do you think it is gonna be a really expensive garage job?
