300zx E.C.U

Hi all, I have here a 1984 300zx automatic non turbo. The car need a new ECU the part numbers i have on my ECU are 23710 06P10 / A18-000 511, the only ECU i can get hold of is off exactly the same car (84 300zx) but this one is U.S spec the ECU numbers on this one are A18-632 505 / 2371001P11 the connections are the same, does anyone know if this will work before i pay for it ????
