Upgrading my Stereo- need Help

Hi Guys + Gals,

I want to put a CD player in my Jap ZX, coz the one it came with doesn't have the band width for our FM stations, but there are 2 sections for the stereo and I (obviously) only need to install a standard UK stereo. Any suggestions? Is it possible to get a plastic cover to just clip into the redundant gap? WHat have the rest of you import ZX owners done?

Cheers peeps

Firstly, do you want to change it? A band expander to get uk stations costs £5 and plugs into the aerial socket of the stereo. If you do want to change, you can get a UK size "cubby hole" from Mazda (of all places, designed to fit an MX5/Eunos, but will fit any car) for about £28. ;)

Cheers Guys, good to see that I don't have to drive around with a gaping hole in my dash.

:)

Have got the cubby hole box from Luke and fitted it a few weeks ago, perfect fit and looks great.

Can just see it on attachment............
