Had this problem when I was looking for storage insurance for my z whilst its off the road. Ended up at Carole Nash with the best price but its still a 12 month policy that I’ll have to cancel when I’m ready.

Speak to your everyday car insurer. Mine would cover the Z for about £35 per week up to a maximum of 4 weeks as an additional temporary car.

Might be worth a try.

Tried that, rang my brokers & they told me that my insurer would do it for a fixed fee depending on the group. Told him it was a Z, he came back 5mins later & said they wouldn't touch it lol
