Z32 pitting block side headgasket

Hey, I pulled the engine on my Z32 last week cause of overheating and it kept pushing coolant into the over-flow reservoir. The heads are now getting resurfaced by a machine shop, while I was cleaning the block side I noticed some pitting between the coolant jacket and the cylinder wall. I just need help to determine if it's bad or not );
