hi folks, rooting through e.bay and found these, i REALLY like them and will go well with the luminar gauges I have ordered, BUT will they work on a j-spec zed?? I am left thinking that if i order a converter from luke to change to mph, then the readings will be accurate:confused:

The scale will be wrong, UK speedos go to 180mph, Jap to 180kph (which is what makes the conversion easy) and US to 160mph.

 

There may be enough adjustment in a Jap/UK convertor to make it read right, but not sure. Alternative would be to buy a Jap/US convertor, not sure if Jap cars are sold in enough quantity in the US for them to be made though.

 

Alternatively, it may be possible to rejig the speedo, but I haven't thought much about that.

Blimey....you're up early! Luke does more or less the exact same set............I know cos I was the first person he got them for and also fitted for me. I have a daytime pic but not night time but they elimuminate the same as the pic you posted.

fanx james300, i assume the dash bulbs need changing too, does luke supply them with the dials, what part number are those dials zc???

I assumed the bulbs were the same but as they shine through, the actual numbers are blue so they light up blue, in fact I'm pretty sure about that.

SMITHY from here is the guy to talk to for A-pillar's and gauges, he can get Nomad and all the Autometer one's. Don't know about part numbers?
