I urgently need a new Brake Master Cylinder for my 1992 Uk spec ZX, but Nissan UK have none in UK or Holland depot, which means a THREE week delay!! No-one else seems to have one. Does anyone know of another source?

Call Mike Feeney at MJP. He often keeps stuff like that in stock. If not he will have a rebuild kit and it's dead easy to do.

Thanks Andy; have already spoken to Mike, but don't want used, or a rebuild kit. Silvia Engineering are also out of stock.

try http://www.courtesyparts.com

although they're in the states they can usually get stuff to your door in 4 days!!!!!

What's wrong with a rebuild kit? Is the bore scored?

Tim

Don't buy parts which are sided from courtesy unless your car is left hand drive as they can't get them. I ordered a master cylinder without knowing, first the wrong one then the opposite side. They didn't tell me until the 2nd order, but did refund all postage.

Thanks Andyd & Devil. I tried Courtesy & another stateside supplier & they couldn't match the UK part No., so I presumed the spec was different. Looks like I'll have to go with a rebuild kit, but not my first choice.
