Wastegate Actuator

Quick Question regarding the above Greddy do a wastegate Actuator pre-set to 14 PSI as apposed to the stock 9 PSI can this be used as a stable alternative to a boost controller ?????

yeah but if yo like you can adjust your current waste gate actuator.

 

only thing is then thats the minimum your boost will run, so as a boost controller you can run it with low boost hi boost ect, this will be one setting.

Yep just as waz says - do it with a boost controller instead! One point though - stock actuators on a zed are non adjustable anyway ;)

Hmmm...I thought they were all adjustable - just inaccessible on the Z.

There's no thread to adjust on the stock actuators. Simple as that ;)
