Another Turbo question

Seems like THE topic at the moment.

If I go on boost at half throttle and ease off a bit the dumping from the BOV's doesnt seem to be in synch. One is slighty ahead, this causes the car to surge forward quite a bit. Ive also noticed that the noise (i presume from the turbo's (turbo) on spool up seems to be far louder. Apart from this the car runs ok and there is no sign of any tell tale smoke from the exhausts.

Any ideas on the surging and if the turbos are getting noisey would this be a good time to rob a bank even though im smoke free?

Oh and I get code 55 so everthing else appears to be ok?

hi Roy

are they stock turbo's & what is the boost gauge showing when this goes on??

Hi Paul, yep stock, guage shows a slow reduction in pressure, I think Ive found it, drivers side turbo, the rubber coupling connector on the hard pipe to the inlet of the turbo is loose!

The only question is how I get in there to tighten the clips up!
