Door Locks

Where abouts is the lock number stamped on the lock barrels?

I have taken the door lock out and removed the barrel but theres nowt there!

Is it cunningly hidden?

Do they only stamp the lock no on the lock for the boot?

I have a nice new blank key and I'd rather try and get it cut from the computer (using the lock no) rather than matching it to the rather worn titanium key.

Any advice appreciated.
