Can any of you IT literate types help me out please!

I've had a picture e-mailed to me(no it's not rude!)that I would like to use as my avatar.How do I do it?

Has to be 100x100 pixels or smaller and 5k or smaller.

 

 

Click on user cp at the top of the screen, then edit options. At the bottom of the screen is where you change your Avatar.

Thanks for that,but how do I get a picture from an e-mail onto it.Can I put the e-mail into a folder or something?

Ft, If you right click on the picture, and click on "save as", you should be able to save it into a folder. If not, what emailer you using?

Thanks I've done all that so far but it says the image is too large!

How do I make it smaller?
