I am finally going to try and get rid of the dreaded droning through the transmission of my motor.

The general opinion that I have picked up from bods on this forum over recent months is that the problem is due to wear/faults in the prop shaft u/j's, prop shaft centre bearing or the rear gearbox mounting, or a combination of them all.

I intend to replace the lot.

I have asked Grasshopper Pro Sport if they can quote to supply the parts.

I would appreciate if anyone knows of any other reliable suppliers, so I don't lash any more of my hard earned down the road than I need to.

Prop shaft centre support bearing is the usual one.

I had this go on mine and got it replaced under warranty from the dealer.

The car sounded like a bus but after replacing this it was smooth and quiet.
